This Yale Nightlatch is suitable for use on timber doors, and is designed to be fitted on inward opening doors. This nightlatch is fitted with a snib, which can be used to hold the latch back, thereby making the door inoperable until the latch is released. This makes it ideal as an extra level of security against break in attempts.
