Delivery Charges

(INCLUDING PACKAGING & HANDLING CHARGES)

All prices quoted within our price list exclude the cost of carriage.

Carriage rates for our standard delivery are:

  • Goods under 1kg - £5.95 + VAT
  • Goods over 1kg - £8.95 + VAT

This delivery charge includes all packaging & handling costs

Online orders made via our website that are over £100 excluding VAT are delivered free of charge to UK mainland only.

Orders completed before 1pm will normally be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday), orders made after 1pm will be sent the next working day.

Our regular postal service is via Parcelforce 24 hour delivery, smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. A signature will still be required if your goods are sent this way.

For international orders from outside the UK, please contact our Windowparts team using whichever contact method you prefer.

Please note that Parcelforce Standard next working day delivery does not include Offshore, Highlands or Eire, in the event of our carrier charging a surcharge for delivery this cost will be passed onto the customer.

Delivery to the Channel Islands will be subject to weight and size of parcel - you may be asked for an additional payment.

All carriage deliveries are for next working day to most mainland UK destinations, providing the order is placed by 1pm (Monday to Friday) and the goods are in stock.

Windowparts Ltd will not be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from the chosen carrier (Parcelforce).

Goods that are despatched on a pallet are for three day delivery unless otherwise requested. Any carrier problems are deemed beyond the company’s control, as is failure to meet deadlines, due to unforeseen problems or mechanical breakdown with the carrier’s vehicles.

Refunds/Returns

If you are unhappy or not content with the goods for any reason, you must contact the company within 48 hrs to register your complaint. All complaints will be treated on their merit. Any decision made will not affect your statutory rights.

If goods are returned with no actual defect, a fee of 20% of the value of the goods will be charged (handling and restocking). This does not apply to consumer contracts cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (see below). Where you are acting as a Consumer and the goods are ordered solely by distance selling methods such as telephone, fax or online (via the website), you can cancel the order by sending a written notice no later than 7 working days from the day after you have received those goods. Cancellations sent after this period will be accepted at the discretion of the company. All refunds due will be made by the same payment method used when the goods were originally purchased.

Where you cancel a contract under the terms above, you are responsible for returning the goods at your own expense. The company will not refund any monies until the goods have been returned and inspected.

Click and Collect

WindowParts Ltd offer a 'click & collect' service for products bought via this website, no delivery, packaging or handling charge is applicable if this service is used, Choose this option on the checkout page and you will receive an email to let you know when your goods are ready to collect, pickup times for this option are between 8:30am & 4:30pm Monday to Friday. This service is currently only available at our Luton branch, for other branches please phone or email first for availability.
