Delivery Information

Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charges are:

Goods under 1kg - £7.05 + VAT
Goods over 1kg - £10.05 + VAT

These charges include packaging and handling.

Online orders over £100 excluding VAT are delivered free of charge to UK mainland addresses.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same working day, providing the goods are in stock.

Orders placed after 1pm will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

UK Delivery

Our standard delivery service is normally Parcelforce 24, with delivery to most UK mainland addresses on the next working day after dispatch.

Smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail or another suitable carrier. A signature may be required on delivery.

Our standard next-working-day service may not be available for offshore destinations, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland or the Channel Islands. Additional delivery charges may apply, and we will confirm any surcharge with you before dispatch.

Goods dispatched on a pallet are normally delivered within three working days unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist with the delivery.

International Delivery

For orders outside the UK, please contact the WindowParts team for delivery availability and pricing.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your goods arrive damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask for your order details and photographs of the goods and packaging so that we can investigate and arrange the appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution.

Returns

If you are a consumer and have changed your mind about an online or telephone order, please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details of your cancellation and return rights.

If you are returning unwanted goods, please contact us before sending them back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

Business returns of correctly supplied, non-defective goods are subject to prior approval and may be subject to a handling and restocking charge.

Click & Collect

WindowParts Ltd offers a Click & Collect service for products purchased through this website. No delivery, packaging or handling charge applies when using this service.

Select Click & Collect during checkout and we will email you when your order is ready for collection.

Collection is available from our Luton branch between 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
