It is used to restrict the opening on uPVC doors, ensuring that it only opens to a certain distance while also slowing the opening of the door, preventing it from slamming shut from a gust of wind or accidental slam ect.

It is an excellent replacement for a broken restrictor and is also useful if you are unsure which size or length you require, as it is adjustable and can be fitted right or left handed.
