Suitable for uPVC doors, this multipoint door lock from Maco is available in a 35mm backset. It has a split spindle, and utilises two hooks, two rollers, and a latch and deadbolt. Split Spindle (Lever/Lever and Lever/Pad operations).

35mm Backset. 16mm Faceplate. 92mm PZ Centre. (101090)

Centre of spindle hole to centre of top roller - 795mm. Centre of spindle hole to centre of top hook - 360mm. Centre of spindle hole to centre of bottom roller - 840mm. Centre of spindle hole to centre of bottom roller - 510mm.

L/L: Lever Operated.

To Lock - Lift handle up to engage locking points. One full turn of the key & the door is now locked.

To Open From Inside - Turn key and push down on the handle.

To Open From Outside - Turn the key, push down on the handle and then turn key to release the door latch.
